AgroTech, AI & Supply Chain
Bridging the gap between tradition and technology to build an accessible, automated, and fair agricultural ecosystem in Nepal.

Strategic Origin & Development
— How we started
AgroConnect was developed to address a critical systemic failure: the severe disconnect between global agricultural technology and the operational realities of Nepal's agro-industry. While advanced supply chain technology exists, it remains largely inaccessible to rural producers due to infrastructural and digital literacy barriers.
The venture originated from localized technical research conducted by emerging engineering talent. The platform's technical viability was rapidly proven when it was recognized nationwide—ranking among the top 13 ventures in the Rising Star category at the National ICT Awards.
During the awards exhibition, the founding technologists engaged with the Chairman of WMI. Recognizing the platform's technical capability but identifying a critical need for structural maturity, the Chairman introduced rigorous governance and compliance frameworks to the venture. This strategic integration did more than scale a single project—it catalyzed the formation of the YetiNova platform itself. AgroConnect's intellectual property was formalized as YetiNova's inaugural institutional asset, establishing the foundational blueprint for our entire venture ecosystem.

Current Phase: Field Validation & Deployment
Operating under YetiNova's governance framework, AgroConnect is currently executing a rigorous technical validation phase. Rather than developing software in a vacuum, the team operates in strategic partnerships with established NGOs and agricultural cooperatives to ensure the platform resolves tangible supply chain bottlenecks.
By integrating localized AI with offline-capable architecture, AgroConnect is securing regional supply chains and providing cooperatives with transparent operational ledgers. Our current deployment focuses on three core milestones:
Iterative Field Integration: We prioritize on-the-ground deployment. By working directly with agricultural cooperatives, we are refining our interface to match regional digital literacy standards, ensuring the platform is adopted seamlessly by local producers.
Resolving Infrastructure Gaps: Our initial rollout prioritizes low-barrier, high-impact architecture. This includes offline data synchronization—allowing producers to log harvest yields and access market pricing without internet connectivity, systematically updating once a connection is re-established.
Establishing Stakeholder Trust: In the agricultural sector, technology relies entirely on user adoption. By partnering with grassroots organizations to deliver immediate systemic benefits—such as waste reduction and fair price discovery—we are establishing the institutional trust required for long-term agricultural modernization.
Core Infrastructure
Our immediate deployment establishes the digital foundation for a transparent and scalable agricultural supply chain:
Localized AI Models
Custom-built logic tailored to the linguistic needs and operational realities of rural producers.
Offline-Capable Architecture
Ensuring continuous farm-to-market data synchronization in regions with unstable connectivity.
Institutional Integration
Partnering with established grassroots organizations to rapidly deploy logistical solutions across existing networks.
Transparent Price Discovery
Providing producers with verified market data to standardize pricing and eliminate supply chain exploitation.
Long-Term Vision: Systemic Automation
While our immediate mandate is to digitize and stabilize the current supply chain, our long-term trajectory focuses on applied R&D. By establishing a robust digital foundation today, AgroConnect is paving the way for advanced agricultural automation and deep tech integration, ultimately building a waste-free, highly efficient agricultural sector in Nepal.
